On August 18, the Kagoshima branch of Zenryoku Stretch, a salon specializing in assisted stretching sessions, opened in Temmonkan, Kagoshima City.
The chain has its headquarters at Zaurus in Shibuya, Tokyo. It offers core-axis adjustment stretching developed by former martial artist Asami Zaurus. It is an original stretching method developed by Asami, who has been active as a Thai massage therapist for many years in addition to sports training.
The company has 40 branches nationwide, and this is its first outlet to open in Kagoshima Prefecture. Kagoshima-based company LIFE HACK manages the branch. It has four private rooms and four treatment beds. It offers a Men’s Plan (from 13,200 yen per hour) and a Women’s Plan (from 8,800 yen per hour). Clients can choose from various treatments, such as Zenryoku Massage & Stretching and Pelvic Adjustment & Shoulder Stretching. A trial course is available for 3,300 yen for the first time.
All five trainers are female. Risa Urasoko, the president, says, “By providing opportunities for women to be active, we hope to energize Kagoshima as a whole. Please encourage our Zenryoku Kagoshima Girls.”
Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (until 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
