Inside SOLFA
One month has passed since the restaurant Meat & Wine SOLFA opened on the first floor of Hen-na Hotel on Takamibaba Street in Tenmonkan, Kagoshima City.
It opened on March 1, and Brand New Planning of Fukuoka City manages the business. The Meat, Bar, and Restaurant offers various wine and grilled dishes using Kagoshima’s Japanese Black beef. Four large monitors are set up during sporting events so that customers can have a good view of it from every seat.
The restaurant has 78 seats, including 11 counter seats, 60 table seats, three sets of booth seats, bench sofas, and standing rooms, and features “primary colors that stimulate the appetite” in many areas.
The breakfast menu includes Roast Beef, French Toast, and Eggs Benedict, each priced at 1,320 yen. The restaurant serves as the hotel’s breakfast room but is open to non-guests.
Lunch options include Hamburger Steak Plate (1,500 yen) served on an iron plate with a baking stone, Roast Beef Bowl (1,250 yen), and Daily Pasta Lunch (900 yen). During the café hours, cakes are also available. In the evening, the restaurant mainly serves grilled dishes using Kagoshima Black beef.
