On April 2, Musashi No Mori Coffee opened its Shiroyama branch (Terukunicho, Kagoshima City) near Yamashita Elementary School in Kagoshima City.

Directly managed by SKYLARK RESTAURANTS, the brand follows the concept of “all-day living — a comfortable healing space.” The Shiroyama branch is the first Musashi No Mori Coffee to open in Kagoshima Prefecture. The café has an area of approximately 390 square meters. The interior is designed to resemble a coffee shop in a highland resort, with counter seating for six and 34 tables for 110.

The signature item on the menu is the Special Soft & Moist Pancakes (638 yen). The pancakes are made to order, with the meringue whipped into a froth and then mixed with the batter. It has a texture “disappears like light snow when you take a bite.” Customers can choose from more than ten toppings, including fresh fruit, whipped cream, and hot chocolate sauce (from 165 yen), to enjoy “Own Pancakes.”

The café also offers a breakfast menu; café menu, including pasta, loco moco, curry, and beef stew; desserts, such as chiffon and chocolate cakes; and specialty coffee using “Blue Mountain No. 1” beans from Jamaica.

Opening hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
