Bakery with café opens in Kagoshima, collaborates with Hiramatsu Ranch

Idainaru Hatsumei Bread Parlor, a bakery with a café specialized in premium pan loaves, opened on the second floor of the commercial facility Li-Ka 1920 in front of Kagoshima-Chuo Station on June 18. The name Idainaru Hatsumei means the Great Invention in Japanese.
AZoom, a company based in Koraicho, Kagoshima City, operates the bakery. It opened its first takeout-only Idainaru Hatsumei bakery in Kagoshima’s Tenmonkan in April 2019. Since then, the chain has opened 12 stores mainly in the Kyushu area, and the new store in Li-Ka is the first time the chain has added a café to its bakery.
The café’s menu includes Reuben Sandwich with corned beef and sauerkraut (1,078 yen), Tuna Melt Hot Sandwich with tuna and cheese (858 yen), and various desserts with strawberries, blueberries, and ice cream on bread (from 780 yen).
In addition, a collaboration menu with Hiramatsu Ranch, known for its grass-fed Japanese Black “Mother Beef,” is also available. The lineup includes Beef Cutlet Sandwich (1,980 yen), Minced Beef Cutlet Sandwich (1,078 yen), Diced Steak (1,738 yen), and Finest Roast Beef (1,848 yen).
